At AlloAutoParts.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 60 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in good condition.
  • Return with original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all tags, accessories, and manuals.
  • Gently used items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@alloautoparts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos or videos.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
  • Resolution: You will receive a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost.

5. Buyer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind):

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our return facility.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.

7. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
  • Approval Time: Refund approval is completed within 1–2 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

We do not charge additional handling fees for exchanges.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard return process after delivery.
